Peter H. Diamandis

Peter H. Diamandis Founder and executive chairman of the XPRIZE Foundation

Recently named by Fortune as one of the "World's 50 Greatest Leaders," Peter H. Diamandis is the founder and executive chairman of the XPRIZE Foundation, which leads the world in designing and operating large-scale incentive competitions. He is also the executive founder of Singularity University, a graduate-level Silicon Valley institution that counsels the world's leaders on exponentially growing technologies.

As an entrepreneur, Diamandis has started over 20 companies in the areas of longevity, space, venture capital, and education. He is the co-founder of BOLD Capital Partners, a venture fund with $250M investing in exponential technologies, and co-founder and Vice Chairman of Celularity, Inc., a cellular therapeutics company.

Diamandis is a New York Times Bestselling author of three books: Abundance - The Future Is Better Than You Think, BOLD - How to go Big, Create Wealth & Impact the World, as well as The Future is Faster Than You Think.

He earned degrees in molecular genetics and aerospace engineering from MIT and holds an M.D. from Harvard Medical School.

Diamandis' favorite saying is "The best way to predict the future is to create it yourself."

Dr. Hayley Wickenheiser

Dr. Hayley Wickenheiser Four-time Olympic Gold Medalist | Member of the Hockey Hall of Fame

Seven world championships, six Olympic appearances, five Olympic medals — Dr. Hayley Wickenheiser is a titan of sport and a leader both on and off the ice.

A first-ballot Hockey Hall of Fame inductee, Wickenheiser’s hockey IQ is highly respected in both the male and female game. She has played in/coached at four NHL development camps with the Philadelphia Flyers, the Edmonton Oilers, and the Toronto Maple Leafs. In 2018, Wickenheiser joined the Toronto Maple Leafs as assistant director of player development in 2018 before being promoted to assistant general manager in 2022.

Alongside her career in the NHL, Wickenheiser is currently a resident medical doctor practicing in the Toronto-area — a pursuit she had dreamt of her whole life and began in 2017 following her retirement from the National Women’s Team after 23 years. She is also the author of Over the Board: Lessons from the Ice.

Ray’s coaching and training in the financial sector experience mirrors his long and profitable history in the industry. At AllianceBernstein, Ray was a top sales professional and executive leader. He used his knowledge on creating and executing successful sales plans and building long-lasting client connections in his role as founder and Managing Director of the Advisor Institute at AllianceBernstein.

Ray published his book, You’ve Been Framed: How to Reframe Your Wealth Management Business and Renew Client Relationships, in 2015.

Joe Jordan

Joe Jordan Author of Living a Life of Significance

Joe Jordan, inspirational speaker and behavioral finance expert, wrote the award-winning book Living a Life of Significance, which has sold over 100,000 copies, is translated in five languages and was featured in Nick Murray's "The Advisor's Essential Library."

Joe ran insurance sales at Paine Webber and was a senior vice president at MetLife. He was responsible for retail product development and started their fee-based financial planning program and behavioral finance department.

For three consecutive years, Joe has been honoured by Irish America magazine as one of the "Top 50 Irish Americans on Wall Street."

CE Credit Sessions

IG Apex Exchange will offer up to 4 CE credits for selected optional workshops - subject to accreditation approval as determined by accreditation bureaus. These two optional offerings have limited capacity, are subject to availability and require advanced registration. Experience how a team-based approach can attract and retain HNW clients with complex needs

In this session, you will learn about the IG’s Private Wealth Planning Experience (PWPE), our comprehensive and team-based approach to financial planning. An expert from the Advanced Financial Planning team and a Consultant will be sharing a real PWPE case and will explore how tax, estate planning and other planning opportunities were analysed and presented to a high net worth client.

The scenario will help you:
