Kick off IG Apex Exchange in true Western-style with a welcome reception to remember at the Girletz Rodeo Ranch. Polish off your boots and throw on your hat for a wild western ride! Cheer on the cowboys and stock during the rodeo, try your hand at calf-roping, belly up to the bar at the Silver Dollar Saloon, kick up your heels to some live country music, and experience the real wild west together! This is an all levels gentle yoga flow to decompress, destress, and FEEL GOOD. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Without a doubt, you will be stretching, breathing, and feeling rejuvenated when you walk out the door. No experience or flexibility required. Yoga Mat will be provided. Spaces are limited.
Join us for a morning fitness walk and see what Calgary has to offer. We will depart from the Telus Conference Center and will discovery many of the city’s highlights including: Stephen Avenue Walk, Arts Commons, The Central Library, City Hall, King Eddy Hotel, Studio Bell, Wonderland Sculpture by Jaume Plensa & The Bow, Calgary's +15 Skywalk, & The Fairmont Palliser. The walk will take approximately 45 minutes. Note: We will keep a steady pace with the intent of elevating heartrates.
