Attendance to the in-person IG Apex Exchange is on an invite-only basis and subject to a cost centre chargeback fee.

Payment Policy

The registration fee, guest fee and any applicable optional activities/tours will be charged in full, as one payment after the conference in Q4, to the payment method selected during registration. Charges processed via practice/education credits cannot be reimbursed.

Registration fees will be treated differently for Regional Vice-President’s. An email with details will follow in the coming weeks.

NOTE: If you are paying for another attendee's registration, please inform the attendee to include your name, email, and Consultant number in their registration form under the “Who is paying for your registration” question. If you require an update to this information, please email the Apex Exchange mailbox by September 1, 2023 to identify the required changes. Please note we will not be able to assist with payment transfers between attendees past September 1, 2023. Therefore, it will be the responsibility of the attendee to arrange any payment transfers with compensation and their fellow attendee.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received prior to August 1, 2023 will be charged a non-refundable $229 processing fee. Any cancellations received after this date will be charged the full registration fee. All cancellation requests must be emailed to the Apex Exchange mailbox.

To avoid cancellation penalties, Consultants may transfer their registration to another Consultant but will be responsible for notifying the Apex Exchange mailbox.
